Krešimir Rich
About
Krešimir Rich holds a degree in computer engineering (colloquially known as a “FER graduate”) and has been an entrepreneur in every sense of the word for the past 25 years. After working on various projects, he founded the first health tourism agency in Croatia in 2006. For the past 10 years, he has been the owner and CEO of the Identalia Group. Throughout his professional career, Krešimir has led and developed teams. He has a particular professional interest in the areas of integral leadership and the development of people and organizations. Thus, together with his collaborators, he launched the Identalia Academy, a place for the development of leaders and the improvement of all types of organizations. He aims to use his knowledge and experience to help entrepreneurs who struggle daily to sustain and grow their businesses. He has attended numerous business education programs both in Croatia and around the world. Krešimir is also a member of the Executive Board of the Croatian Employers’ Association (HUP), within the section for private healthcare employers.
